Lovely rare polished material from Kaokoveld, Namibia. Shattuckite, a stunning copper silicate hydroxide mineral boasting a breathtaking display of vivid blues complemented by a tapestry of associated copper minerals. Nestled within this exceptional material are vibrant hues of chrysocolla, plancheite, and occasionally native copper, azurite, and dioptase. The name Shattuckite pays homage to its discovery site, the Shattuck Mine located in Bisbee, Arizona. These curated specimens, however, hail from diverse deposits scattered across the landscapes of Namibia.
